Recently Harold Jarche just posted a good brief, succinct “elevator pitch, in 10 sentences, for social learning, which is what really makes social business work.” For some reason I could not post to his blog, so I decided to post a simple reply here.
This is a great summary post of The training department of the future by Jarche and Jay Cross. One additional thought is David Wilkins’s addition of the ECCO Assessment and Recommendation Tool and his & Kevin Jones‘s Social Learning Strategies Checklist which he discusses on the Social Enterprise blog.
